I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog to Panorama Hills Animal Hospital. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They treated my dog with so much patience and care, which made the visit much less stressful for both of us.

Dr. Dhaliwal took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about the animals they treat and want the best for them.

Wow what an amazing experience! I brought my kitty in and I am a first time cat owner they where so helpful. Treated her so amazing and helped manage her stress while we where there. Gave me such good advice and walked me through what was normal/wasn't and things to look for. Glad I picked panorama Iwill be bringing all my animals here from now on. You can tell how much they care for animals!

Can’t thank them enough there my poor Rollo, very sick projectile, vomiting, etc. They worked with me got me in right away. Won’t be going anywhere else. Recommend for your furry loved ones.

Update 😢 well we had to come back with rollo and I can’t thank the men and women at this place enough!!!!!!!! They worked tirelessly to try and save my one year old Rollo but unfortunately it turned out do to unforeseen issue we had to put him down. But not before they tried everything we could, including surgery removal of 10 inches of intestine.😭 I could not say enough good things about the staff here how they explain all options. they are very forthcoming in everything no tricks no hiding honest very rare these days. and while we are going through this I gathered my other two dogs to plan the two dogs out to give Rollo time to try to heal and RJ escaped from my sister‘s yard in Blackfalds where he is unfamiliar, and never been there of the area and went on the run for 20 days. Searching for him in Blackfalls night and day 24 seven etc. finally captured with porcupine quills in his face. I brought RJ there and once again they got me in right away. Took care of RJ. Got all the stuff fixed up. Nowhere better to be for your fur babies 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 i’ve had pets for many years and never have. I had the service and professionalism as I have had here.

Amazing customer service! the vet that treated my cat was super kind and very thorough with my cat. I would not be going anywhere else. the girls at the front are very friendly and welcoming as well as Chris he was very helpful when I was there! totally recommended!! 10/10

I recently took my senior kitty and she was seen by Dr Dhaliwal. Dr Dhaliwal was amazing. I felt very comfortable with him. More important he was so gentle and considerate with my kitty. He was very clear on issues and explained them clearly. He suggested course of treatment and progression. At no time did he push anything. His wonderful assistant provided quotes along the way and let me decide what I was comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Dr Dhaliwal !

I had an outstanding experience at Panorama Hills Animal Hospital! I was really worried about my cat, Bubby, but the staff was so compassionate and gentle with him. Dr. Dhaliwal was amazing—he was kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which made me feel so much better. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and attention they provided. The whole team was amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful clinic!

I took my dog to this clinic when he became sick, as they were able to get him in very quickly. I took him there 3 days in a row as he was being diagnosed and treated. He unfortunately passed away on the third day. Although this was the hardest time of my life, the staff there were so incredible. Everyone was so kind and treated my boy with such compassion and love. They went above and beyond for him and me and I can never thank them enough. I would highly recommend this vet.

Dr. Dhaliwal was absolutely wonderful with my senior dog, Gio. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding — especially seeing how worried I was about Gio not feeling well.

What truly stood out to me was Dr. Dhaliwal's compassion and thoughtfulness. Gio has Addison’s disease, so minimizing stress is extremely important for his health. Dr. Dhaliwal has Gio’s blood drewed in front of me, rather than taking him to the back, which significantly reduced stress for Gio (and for me as well). That level of care and awareness made a meaningful difference.

Dr. Dhaliwal also took the time to discuss comfort and quality of life, which I deeply appreciated. Gio is almost 16, and his focus was exactly where it should be — on comfort, dignity, and quality rather than simply extending life at all costs.

After our visit, he sent a very thorough follow-up with detailed information and guidance about other issues, i.e. arthritic pain etc — something I have never experienced elsewhere. It was clear that he genuinely cares and takes the time to educate and support pet parents.

I am truly grateful for the compassionate, attentive care Dr. Dhaliwal showed my little Gio. We will absolutely return and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, empathetic, and exceptional veterinarian.
